PDK WA would like to CONGRATULATE Allyson Tran (from Renton High School)!

Ally competed in the Future Educators Association National Conference in Washington, D.C. in late April. She placed TOP 10 in the TED Talk and Public Speaking competitions! This is especially amazing in light of that approx. 1200 high school students attended this national education competition. She is the only student to attend from Washington State. PDK WA is proud to provide mentorship and financial support to Ally, and to watch Ally's hard work pay off.

Join us for our next event at The Lobster Shop on Ruston Way in Tacoma on Tuesday, June 30 from 4pm-6pm for our summer “Education and Food” session. Appetizers will be provided! This is a great chance to meet other educators. We look forward to seeing you there!
